Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I used to love living at Country Club Park, it was a good deal. Cheap rent, lots of space, covered parking, quiet neighbors.
Now that new management has taken over (and the office staff will not give me any info on how to contact them), the rent has been raised (2x in 2 months), there are issues with the parking, I've only seen one maintenance man, the new office girls are unprofessional and rude. (Nicole who has been there since I moved in is incredibly friendly, professional, respectful and nice).
Now the older, quiet, friendly neighbors are moving out. It's been louder than usual.
I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. If I wasn't stuck in the lease, I'd move out immediately.
