I loved Country Club when i first moved in, but wow, how things changed drastically!!! My apartment started leaking in the living room above the slider,in my bedroom, in another spot in the living room ,and the ceiling even caved in in the kitchen!!! I talked to the office almost daily because of the leaking going on. The only thing they did at first was paint over the leaking area!!!! I was so scared about mold growing. Come to find out a few other neighbors in my building were having the same problem. Time after time the leaking kept happeing. We woke up one night and the carpet was soaked, we had to put big baking bowls down and in two hours they were completely full!!! They finally told us that the roof was rotten so they were having roofers come in. Well, the pounding was soo loud we had to leave the apartment for a few hours. We came back to a HUGE hole in the ceiling of our kids bedroom and plaster was everywhere with boot prints on the wall from where the roofer climbed back up onto the roof. The guy aparently landed on our daughters bed where she usually sits and plays!!! A few of our light fixture had even been knocked out of the wall because f the banging, and Counrty Club charges us for it!!! We immediately called the office and they told us that they were not going to fix the gaping hole in the ceiling until we moved out, our kids were sooo cold at night. The manager was the rudest person i have ever encountered. I told them not to enter my apartment one day until i got home, well, i came home to the grounds men in my apartment trying to paint over nother leak. Not to mention they sent us letters in the winter telling us the heat price went up so if we could all turn down our heat and just try to where socks and sweaters to bed!!! Living in Country Club was seriously like living in hell. I can't believe what we went through!!!!
