My apartment has been leaking from rain and now snow.
I reported it in November and it is still not fixed.
There are holes in the plaster now and the ceiling is dipping down like a big bubble.
It looks like it's going to cave (pop) in.
Carpet has been soaked.
Moved my fruniture to the dining room.
It stinks from the mold.
Hallway always smells like smoke.
There is only one washer and dryer for each building unit.
Beer bottles in the parking lot and grounds.
This place is awful..
Moved out.

They don't enforce their own rules. Someone let their cat run loose outside and my dog almost ate it. I saw a beer bottle this morning as well.
