this place is a dump. there is mold that they don't do anything about. I had to live with a very very very wet (you could splash in it) floor for over 3 days.No one ever calls you back and your maintenance is SLOW and poor Being their is only one maintenance man who does the best he can with what poor bosses he has.All my windows have leaked at one point or another and one still yet to be fixed after 2 years there is only one washer and drier for a building of well lots of people every other day or so in the summer I have a man weed wacking my window with rocks sometimes cracking my window.their is chiping paint.The walls are painted with by far the cheapest paint touch it and its dirty wash it and the paint comes off.The stoves and freg are out of date and have their own minds my freezer wont freeze but my frig does!!STAY AWAY!!!

We noticed the paint problem the first day we were here. Were did they get that paint? I would guess they got it at a discount store in Serbia. We should organize the tenants and let them know that in Michigan we have legal rights. There are certain things landlords cannot do and other things that they must do. Power to the people!

I've lived at this dump for almost a year now, and will NEVER even think about coming back. I have also had a leaky floor and windows, and the mold is really disgusting. The apartment I moved into didn't look bad until all the bugs came out and the mold came through the paint. Maintenance is terrible and has never fixed a single thing I have asked them to...including the leak in my bathroom AND under the kitchen sink. So if you want to live in a buggy marshy swamp, you found the right place. I am breaking my lease and moving elsewhere, and I'm not the only one. This place should be condemned.
