The above matters are only the beginning of the problems here. I have spoken with the office on countless occasions about the MANY problems I've had, NOT ONE of which were ever fixed or even looked at. My floors near all the windows have standing water every time it rains, and it stays that way for days. They obviously paint over major issues, like mold. Nearly the entire wall by the living room window is now caving in. There are tons of disgusting bugs and spiders infesting my apartment year-round. The air conditioning constantly drips, and so do BOTH the kitchen and bathroom faucets and pipes. The wall on the other side of my shower is turning black and crumbling, from a now obvious leak behind the bathtub. They have not fulfilled the agreements we had in writing when I signed the lease, which must be the reason they didn't argue much when we requested to break our lease early. The free carport would be great if they weren't in such poor condition. The apartments are spacious, but not worth the increasing rent. Safety is definitely a concern, since I have been harrassed in broad daylight numerous times. If it weren't for the fact that my dog looks scary in the eyes of these people I'm sure I would have been attacked by a person that came out of the shadows behind my carport. I have been miserable since I have lived here, but I will give most of the office people credit for being very friendly. Other than that, it has been a really bad experience.
