So I have lived here for close to a year. First when we first came and signed our lease we were ready to start moving in since it was our move in date. We went to do a walk through to make sure of no major issues. When we walked into the apartment we had no flooring put in the kitchen, we didn't have new carpeting like they told us we did, the stove and fridge were still sitting in our dinning room, and the carpeting was nasty and was not cleaned yet. all of this was promised to be done by move in date. since nothing was done were weren't able to move in for 12 hours! Once we were able to move in we found that our closet doors suck and barely open and close, our flooring in our kitchen was not put in properly and we had to get them back into the apartment to get it fixed cause the screws in-between the kitchen and dining room weren't put in right and we kept stepping on them. When they came to fix it he kept making excuses of why it wasn't done properly. we constantly have to make 3 to 4 trips to the office to put in a request until it's anythings actually fixed. There have been a few times where the water was shut off or the hot water was shut off and no notice was given. One morning I had to wash my hair with bottled water!!! When we contacted the office all they did was apologize, but yet they can find time to leave notes on personal belongings being in the hallway then they don't even follow the note!! right now the heat has not been working for a few days and no one has yet to come up to even look at the situation. The management and maintenance both pretty much suck at business. I highly don't suggest CCP unless things have changed a bit!!!!
