I was at this place for about 4 months and then broke my lease because the person that lived below us was LOUD LOUD LOUD and the office refused to do anything. We found out that it wasn't even the person on the lease living there anymore.

The office refused to do anything, so we broke our lease, said they could keep the stupid deposit (I think $200 at the time) and we wanted the heck out of there. We talked with the parent company on several occasions and they were all awful.

I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE.
