I did not live at Country Meadow but at Maple Ridge they have the same parent company FH Management. When my husband and I first moved in I thought how lucky we were to have a 2bdroom outlooking woods and a little spring for the low price we paid, but I was wrong. One of the maintanence men lived above me and he thought he was God!! After I had cancer surgery my brother came to stay with me for 2 weeks while my husband was at work to make sure I was ok and the maintanence man would come runing down the steps everytime he came over saying he was going to get me evictid for having people over. He would stomp around and slam doors and even shot my dining room window with a bb gun! One day as I was leaving to go to Kemo he grabed my arm very hard turning me around to look at him and told me that I perposely did things that made him mad and I had better quit it or else. He then gave me a letter that talked about how I was after him all the time....I could barely get out of bed let alone take the time to do anything to this man!!! He even shut off the electric to my apartment and all of my fish died!!! The office staff Kate acted like I was crazy. The only choice they gave me to get away from this man was to move to Country Meadows which I could not do it was to far from where I needed to live or just change apartments. Even after I changed apartments He still stalks me. I can not wait for my lease to be up! The heater bangs on the walls so hard that I can not have any pictures hanging, and he even shut off the breakers for my heat. I had to have another maintanence man turn them back on. My slider does not lock so I have to put a stick in the track to keep it close. I feel for my safety and I worry all night long that he will brake in. The office rewarded him by promoting him to head maintanence. And dog poop' Try to step where there is none, it is impossible. Beware anyone if you move into Maple Ridge of JOE the head maintanence man expecially if you are a woman for this is a stalker well on his way to committing other serious crimes that go with stalking!!!!
