If you're looking to get away from the college crowd, Danford Creek is a good place to start. Any noise complaints I had were swiftly dealt with and resolved as were any maintenance issues. Pool and grounds were always kept up well. Staff was very friendly and sponsored a summer meet and greet with lots of food and prizes as a way to meet others in the community.
The only point against this complex is that it is located near at dog boarding kennel which at times was irritating at best. Otherwise, a great value and location with competent staff.
