Not sure what happened with that last post. System seems screwy here so I'm not sure if my star ratings will come out as I've entered them, but:

Basically, this is a nice complex with some trees and greenery and a (small) pool area. I picked it because it was removed from the hubbub of the campus area; it's pretty much in Oshtemo. There's a safe, quiet 24-hr gas station across the street which comes in handy. Parking is adequate, nothing special. Noise level isn't perfect, but it's much quieter than most of the complexes near campus; party-noise is rarely an issue. Staff is friendly and takes good care of the complex in general.

I'm in a two-bedroom, and I can't say the apartments are very big. But, for the price, they're not too bad. Adequate and slightly nicer than average I'd say. There are balconies.

Biggest problem I had was the maintenance. They are slow and do a poor job. We had a sink problem and had to call maintenance three or four separate times -- and still, to date, it's leaking just as it initially was. Just got to tired to keep bothering about it. There were also frequent water problems in my building; every month or so it seems they're turning off the water in all the buildings for part of the afternoon. This can be very annoying if they do it at a time during which you're trying to get to work.

But overall it's a decent little complex with a below-average noise level and a friendly staff. I certainly like it better than the craphole I had near campus a couple years back. Recommended for those who don't have a ton of money but want something away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown and campus area.
