Nothing but problems

Where to even start. Staff is rude and extremely slow to respond to any sort of concerns. I have been hung up on when calling with concerns because the office girl didn't want to "deal with the problem." It took them 3 months to fix a broken window. Huge mold problems and plumbing problems. In the year and a half I lived there I had to call 6 times for raw sewage backup in the hallways and the water leaking in windows/slider was never resolved. Noise is terrible, you can hear everything. Parking lots have poor lighting. Don't expect any sort of snow removal and the sidewalks/stairs are always icy in winter. I have gotten stuck in the parking lot several times from too much snow. Laundry facilities were dirty and often times machines did not work. Countless accounting errors in calculating rent payments and general poor record keeping. I could go on forever here but to sum it up, I broke lease because of all the problems
