Danford Creek

I've lived in Danford Creek now for going on three years. I've lived in 3 units as needs change, in three different buildings... (first was a 2 bedroom with roomates, second was one bedroom with my partner, and now we're in a two bedroom, just us). The unit that we're in is exactly what I was looking for. We live on the third floor, with a view of nature (as opposed to the parking lot that we got to look at for almost a year). It's been newly remodeled with wood floor throughout the living room, hallway, and dining room. Brand new carpet in both bedrooms, a brand new fridge (not a refurbished on, BRAND new), and brand new digital air conditioner, etc. Over the last three years, I've never had a problem with noise or management. Any and all problems have always been tended too quickly, usually the same day if not the next. You're allowed to paint whatever you want. You don't have to worry about how many holes you put in the walls like other complexes. It feels more like home to be able to do whatever you want in the unit. Management is very friendly, maintenace is timely and nice, and the complex is always clean. I'd recommend this complex to anyone either starting out on their own for the first time, or for someone who can decorate and make the unit their own instead of living in a cramped, whitewalled apartment with no color or flavor.
