Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
We have had nothing but problems with parking, maintenance, and the general up-keep of our apartment. There are few young children, which is nice. We are constantly having to park in 'made up' parking spots, or parking in front of another building. The office has horrible hours and never answers their phone, and doesn't return phone calls when a message is left. We have a saggy ceiling in our bedroom, plus the appliances in the kitchen could be a LOT nicer.
I would NOT recommend this apartment to ANYONE. I pay $515 a month and it is WAY too much for this dump.
