I have only been here for a few months, but so far, it's been great! The nicest thing about this place is definitely the lack of noise and friendliness of the residents. We live on the second floor and never hear anyone up above us and only know they live up there since we see them when we come up to our building. The parking is pretty good (at least better than the other places I've lived) and is rarely a problem. My one complaint would be that the apartment's a little older on the inside. From time to time we have maintenance issues, but they get taken care of immeadiatly. Overall, it's great for the price and is pretty quiet and safe!
