I'm in my 2nd years lease and plan to stay longer. Management is quick to act on complaints about problem tenants and maintence request. The best part is that you only have 2 units that share a common wall/floor since there are only 4 unit on 1st and on the 2nd floor, (1 bedrooms are on the second, and 2 bedroom are on the first).
Thankfully there isn't a play ground so that helps to keep down the outside noise and the walls are pretty thick so it's hard to hear what is going on in another unit.
If anyone is thinking about moving here you are going to get the most space for the money. The one bedrooms have a HUGE patio and lots of floor space for under $500.00. It's just seconds to 2 different bus routes and in a great neighborhood.
