This was the only apartment that I could find with hardwood floors. This was a must for me. I can't afford a house, but I wanted special touches that would make my apartment set out against the average apartment. I definitely found it here. My apartment has hardwood floors throughout except for the bedrooms. I also have a storage area and security doors.
