The apartments are large and fairly attractive. You get a lot of space for the money. However, noise is a huge problem. If you are not a college student, I do not recommend these apartments. I was regularly woken up at 4 am by drunken, screaming and singing neighbors. Large weeknight parties would regularly spill out into the grounds around the building. The grounds would be covered in cigarette butts and empty cups the next morning. The management did not take any action despite repeated complaints. I also had recurring ant and pill bug infestations each spring.
