I have lived at Dover Hills for over 3 years. I looked around for other apartments, but could find none that compare to Dover Hills. They are only 7 years old, so they are really new compared to the older apartment complexes in K-zoo. The apartments are huge with tons of storage space in your apartment, not out on a balcony. The kitchens have more than enough cupboard space and are light in color instead of dark like most other places. They include the pool, 24 hour fitness center, spa, and sauna's with your rent. The maintenance staff is there within 48 hours to help with any problems which is faster than most other complexes. The office staff is the best I have known yet and they will even collect your mail when you are on vacation. It is set back off the road, so there is no noise at all and the buildings are spread out so that you aren't looking into your neighbors window. I have loved every minute of living here and would never live anywhere else.
