first we had a "Peeping Tom" who pried many screens off our windows and Dover Hills didn't do anything. He tried breaking into the apartments and they did nothing. We put up fliers warning women about this man, and they took them down. We had more than 5 cars broken into, and they did nothing. Our front door to the apartments doesn't lock when it's shut. Today we see the backdoor has been pried open with something like a crowbar, and the doornob almost taken completely off. This is not a place for families, single women, or men that don't want their stuff stolen. I can't wait to move to a safer place where they help keep the place safe, with more lights and some sort of apartment security. If apartments say they have security, make sure it actually is working properly!!
