OverPriced Hills

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
With the problems with security in the surrounding neighborhood and the several incidents in the DHills Community as well have yet to convince the management to hire security.

There is now a ten dollar water fee to pay for the poorly maintained leaking water system for irrigation.

Most requests for public areas take more than one call to get fixed.
