Living at Dover Hills for the past 5 years, I know about all there is to know. I have loved living here, and will never live anywhere else. When I moved in, the staff was always attentative to my needs, and has remained so throughout the years. My apartment affords lots of natural light, includes new modern appliances, has tons of storage space, blinds in all the rooms, great kitchen (I love the breakfast bar), and everytime I come home from work, I really feel that I am living in my own home and not an apartment.

I can't hear any of my neighbors and never have, the building is always immaculate, my carport is FREE (where else can you find that'), and I don't have to worry about fixing my sink or shovelling my sidewalk and driveway, because they do it all for you! The clubhouse is so spacious and you can even work out any time you want with the 24 hour fitness center, and the hot tub is so relaxing! Ever worried about taking care of your cat while you were on vacation' They will even do that for you too and collect your mail!

As far as safety goes, it is your responsibility to lock your doors and windows, although I have never had a problem because all of the buildings have lights on the outside, the inside, and in all the carports, as well as on your patio or balcony. You will NOT find more caring and friendly people than at Dover Hills. No matter where you live (in a house, a dorm, a condo, or an apartment) no one can prevent bad things from happening, but we can all ensure our OWN safety by being resposible adults.

Like I said, I have never had a problem here, and have friends that lived in other apartment complex's that were horrible. That's why Dover Hills is the best Luxury Apartment Complex in Kalamazoo, there is no other that can come close to comparing to it. I hope that if I do have to move, that I can find another staff that is as great as the ones at Dover Hills!

This sounds like a brochure. You must have been bored in the Dover Hills office that day, huh?
