I loved it.

I lived in Dover hills from April of '03 to April of '04. I wasn't scheduled to move in until July of '03, but because I was having problems with my then roomate, the staff bent over backwards so I could move in 3 months early.
They collected my mail for me and fed my cat for me for free whenever I went away, which was great because I would otherwise have to pay the vet $100 for boarding.
The only problem I ever had was that my first floor apartment was broken into the night before halloween because I neglected to lock my slider door or put a stick in the runner. My cat got out, and the staff made every effort to help me find him, and helped me contact the police to report the break in. Ultimately, my next door neighbor, who used to live in my apartment, found my cat for me. I don't think I whould have gotten him back if it wasn't for the friendly people who work and live here.
Noise was rarely a problem. Yes, of course you are going to hear things going on around you. It's an apartment complex. But my neigbors in my building were very quiet.
Overall, I love Dover Hills. I wish I could continue to live here, but I'm moving to Grand Rapids.
