love it but too expensive

This is a really nice place to live but 805 for a 2 bed apt is way too expensive. I would live here again but I would need to have a better job to afford it. The only ther gripe I have is that my car got broken into twice in a year here. Cars get broken into all the time here. I even had a friend that had an S2000 and his car got a rock thrown through the window and a radar and some cd's were taken. Noisey thin floors and walls.
