Could hear everything

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived there for one year and my biggest complaint was that I could hear everything that was going on in the apartments around me. Also I found that since you have to send in the monthly rent payments to a company out of town that it was hard to handle billing problems. I have since moved to Drakes Pond down the road and I love it there.
