I have lived at Dover Hills for a year and a half now and have absolutely no complaints. The office staff are always so friendly and cheerful whenever I'm in the office for a package, rent, or whatever reason...they even know my name, apartment building and number as soon as I walk in the door! The amenities are awesome.....24 hr. gym, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, free movie rental, etc.... I recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live!
