Yes, they do have constant deals, mine was $200 off a month for ten months. But the office staff and maintence did it for me! Lindsey the new property manager was rude from the first minute, she dosn't even try and put on a front. The head of maintence that I only had to deal with three times (thank god) had the iq of my two year old daughter. I paid my rent late once and the day after it was due corporate sent me a "demand for rent payment" notice and said if it wasn't recieved by the 16th (it had been sent out the 6th) I would be taken to court. These people are all about money. They dont care about current residents, you wont find anything close to the deals you get when you first move in. But if you plan on only living there for a year, dont care about hearing your neighbor's ever footstep, it wouldn't be too bad. One other thing, if you do decide to rent from them, durring the interview, ask them about security... they'll give you a cookie cutter answer "we arn't allowed to comment on that"... Why''' well look at my car, it was broken into my second month there.

Cars get broke into everywhere that's not news to anyone, I'm sure. Fair housing doesn't allow landlords to comment on security issues, thats a fact, if you are concerned contact the local police department.
