The washer and dryer on my floor have not worked properly for the year and a half I have lived here, although I have asked for them both to be repaired. The kitchen counters stain very, very easily and you cannot get the stains out. We have had water leak through our ceiling twice. Our toilet has leaked four times. The running water here is occasionally orange and there is orange residue left over in our bathroom and kitchen all the time. Mold is a problem like any other apartment living space. When we moved in to Dover there were some stains on the carpeting and now I wish I would have asked them to replace the carpeting entirely. The workout area at Dover is very warm at all times. The hot tub area emits a stinging odor that burns the throat and eyes. The lock on the door to the entire apartment complex that I live in is finicky and residents often have trouble with getting the door open.

However, the sidewalks are always cleared and salted in the morning. If that's what you are looking for, pick Dover.
