Dover doesnt offer any utilities, so everything has to be paid seperately. Had problems with parking and locks in our building. Animal policy is ridiculous for keeping a cat, you have to pay a full months rent and $20 a month, thats what the down payment is for, for any damages. On the positive note, the environment is nice although the geese crap everywhere you step. Great quality when it comes to housing.

sorry that is not what the pet fee is for. Little do you know that there was a fee for YOU to move in and then of course you pay a monthly rental fee. Same for an animal Genius are they not living there to?
