This is my second year leasing at Dover Hills. I have always found the management staff (I've mostly dealt with Lindsay and Danielle) to be very professional, helpful, and friendly. Any concern or maintenance request I have ever had has been taken care of immediately. The apartments are huge and have ample storage. Filters are regularly changed in the furnaces and AC units. Fire extinguishers are maintained according to code. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom w/ washer and dryer and find the energy bills to be very reasonable (winter always under $50). My building is really quiet and most of the residents have been here for a while. The grounds are well maincured and landscaped, and maintenance staff are always picking up trash people throw in the parking lots. I've never had any complaint in the winter either. The lots are plowed regularly and sidewalks salted (and salt is available to use at the entries at times too). It's the best apartment complex I have resided in! The only minor complaint I have is the parking. Since we have become 100% occupied I find the "free for all" method of parking frustrating and troublesome. In the evening sometimes there are ZERO spaces available at my building. People have been creating their own spaces that aren't even legal parking spaces. Each APT comes with one car port though, so it's usually not a big problem if you have the car port space. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
