I have lived in Dover Hills apartments for 10 months now. and at first I thought it was amazing but now I just cant wait for my lease to end. If you live on the ground floor then you'll know what I mean. when its warm outside you get really bad pill bugs IN your apartment its GROSS. when you complain about the bugs they (dover hills) will spray but after about a day or two the bugs come back in packs its almost like an infestation. The electricity is expensive, we had mold growing under our kitchen sink, there was a frog in the pool, the sauna doesn't work, the water is recycled in the hot tub its all brownish yellow, and the gym isn't all that great. Its like a zoo outside the geese & there droppings are all over. there's wild animals like skunks, rabbits & raccoons everywhere at night. but the AC and the heater works wonderful.

HAHA you're going to find an occasional frog in any pool, unless it's above ground. My electric is cheap. I have been in Dover Hills for over 2 years and have never had a bill over $90. Maybe you should move to the third floor.
