i enjoy drakes ponds living at drakes pond i never been at a place were the tenants are so well taken care of!! maintenance is allways done with in 24hrs or less, some time just minuts after my call.

great time at the tenant after hours partys that the employees put on for us all if you like to get your Bang for your buck Drakes is the place!!! AAA
