Hey, don't believe everything written in these, "so called reviews". If you are looking for an apartment in kalamazoo, you will notice that there is a user "mrbsmith" who on 3/6/2003 posted ratings for Dover Hills Apartments, and for Drakes Pond Apartments. The ratings for Drakes Pond was very positive "almost too positive" while the rating for Dover Hills was horrible, and there wasn't any elaboration on what was so horrible. So, make your own decision, I'm not supporting either company, I just wanted to point out this very suspicious character. However, I will support both of these companies, as I have been in their apartments and are very close to people that have lived at both. Honestly they both are great communities to live in (a bit pricy) however, very safe, well kept, and overall the luxury area to live in.
