Drakes Pond was my dream place to live.
Ever since I started college at WMU.
So when I finally got a chance to move in the disappointment and problems soon followed.
It is way over priced to begin with.
Our energy bill is $180 per month when we barely use any electricity.
They told us the places were sound proof but we can hear everything our neighbor does.
Here is the list of appliances that have broken in the matter of 7 months...
Dishwasher, dryer, AC, heat, the stove is getting close.
We also have had several bug infestations and the exterminator has been out 3 times.
That's just the beginning.
I do NOT recommend this place.
They will tell you anything to get you in and once you're stuck to a lease you realize they lied!!!
