I have no idea where people are getting these things from. They don't tow, which could be a good or bad thing. I have never had any maintenance problems, they are always quick. The office staff used to be better than it is now, but I wouldn't go as far as to call them nasty. Maybe I don't have the noise problems because I live in the front of the complex, I think they try to keep the students in the back. I am a student, but we are quiet 99% of the time! I have no really bad complaints about the place, the rent is a little high and the fitness room equip. is old, but besides that, it's great!
