I moved in about 2 years ago and just learned about this website along with websites like badtippers.com and realized that most of the reviews are going to be bad because most people only say something when something bad occurs.

I have had minimal interaction with Maintenance and other than the breakfast, I spend little time in the office.

I have received letters from the office about every 6 months or so regarding my lease expiring, but that is about it.

Honestly - my biggest ----- would be the fact that the dog owners that live here DO NOT PICK UP after their dogs.

I agree. Every place has it's problems. Overall DP is one of the nicer complexes and I am known to be quite snobby about my living arrangements.
