Poor Customer Service

Drake's Pond, and their Management Company, Marquette, are lacking in Customer Service know-how.
They tend to set appointments to fix things, and never show up.
They don't even call to let you know they can't make it.
They regularly come up with poor solutions to problems (they put up plastic on my windows instead of fixing my heater), etc.
They have entered my apartment to fix things when I specifically requested they not come in if I was not home.
(I was home alone with the baby and did not answer the door, so when they entered, I knew--I was standing right there.) We looked at many places and simply wish we had selected elsewhere.
