We moved out to a more affordable place but I have to say we did make good use of the amenities here. I liked the washer and dryer in the apartment and the choice of two swimming pools. They heat the hallways in the buildings in the winter which I thought was a really big help. We didn't get screwed on move-out either. Lots of places also charge $100 or more up front for a "redecorating fee" you won't get back, it's just something to watch for when you are signing up. Overall, we liked the amenities and the people.
