Pluses - the size of the apartment (2br) is decent. Good location in relation to critical shopping (grocery, Target), and pretty close to HWY (131 only). Bark park is a huge plus.
Cons - definitely dingy apartments. It's very clear that I am living in a "pet" building. Trim around doors has obviously been scratched up by previous dog locked in the room and the repairs attempted are sub-par.
There are no baseboards in my unit, however friends of mine have baseboards...
Appliances extremely outdated. When was the last time you saw an analog timer on the stove? Washing machine is rusty and smells.
We had a furnished apartment. Furnishings are one step above hotel grade. Upon move in I had only a third of the supplies that were to be provided despite the fact that we were paying nearly $800 more than the regular apartment rent for sparse furnishings & utilities.
No copy of the lease was provided at move in, and upon requesting a copy of the lease a week after move in, the management response was surprise that I actually wanted a copy, and that I acutally wanted the WHOLE lease, and not just a copy of the first page.
There are no gutters on parts of my building - like right above the door to the building, so stepping out in the rain and walking out the door means you're getting a second shower for the day
Parking is very tight in my area (but seems to be fine around some other buildings).

I couldn't get the staff to inspect the apartment for damage when I moved in. When I moved out, I was charged for cigarette damage to the counter top and a large carpet stain.
