I moved in about 6 weeks ago and have not had any issues listed in previous reviews. I am sure that the building I am in is neither student or non student as I have seen most every type of renter possible. I moved in when there was ALOT of snow and I assumed that they did the best job possible as I think Kalamazoo is in a snow belt and gets like 100 inches per year. The entire staff seem really nice and seem interested in my happiness.
I am not sure but I imagine that most people write on this site because one bad thing happened that they want to turn into something big. My only complaint is the fitness center and when I moved in they assured me it was being addressed. I went down there this week and sure enough there is a note on the front door saying contruction is starting soon.
