I just moved in to Drakes Pond 2 weeks ago and I am the happiest I have ever been with my decision to reside there! I know some people may read this and think it's too soon to tell if it's going to remain a positive "experience" , but I am confident that it will. I have been treated with respect, kindness and caring since the moment I first walked in to check on the property. The office staff has been WONDERFUL and my apartment was SO NICE when I arrived to sign my lease. I had all brand new appliances and I can't stop smiling. Everything is clean, the grounds are clean, the dumpsters are taken care of, it's quiet.... I could go on and on....like I already stated ... I hope it stays this wonderful for me at Drakes Pond !!!
