Very nice. quiet, no issues at leasing office or with maintenance. overall a very nice experience. plowing and salting could be a smidge better but overall i don't have any complaints. i have respectful neighbors as well.

Overall good. Communication is not efficient. There have been multiple times where emails could have been sent but they decided to mail and also not call. The late fee charge is ridiculous. Also, mail does not get dropped off sometimes.

Oh haven't had any problems but a spider issue that's really still a issue, they had people come out to put traps down it helped a bit but it's still a problem..Other than that I really don't have serious issues

Good, but the apartment bathroom needs work badly. Hard water adds to a bathroom that is difficult to truly get clean.................................the bathroom floor needs to be replaced. Hoping that can happen soon.

Overall, I like living here. Many perks with the gym, pool, Amazon hub, and it sits back with pretty nature wrapped around. My only concern about the community is the safety. There has been a lot of suspicious crime happening at night.
