Where should I begin' For some reason I thought this place was going to be nice since it was brand new when I moved in. That was the most ridiculous assumption ever. There are huge gaps around the window frames and we have already experienced water damage in our ceiling, along with major cracks. Before we even moved in, our toilet seat was broken. I can hear everything my neighbors say and do, the walls are less than paper thin. The parking sucks, if you want to park after 9 at night, dont plan on parking anywhere near your building. Visitor parking is way too small, there are probably a total of 10 spaces. I will admit the free tanning is nice, but you have to wait 45 minutes to go tanning for 20. The fire alarms go off at least twice a month in the middle of the night, and it usually takes maintenance an hour to turn them off. We havent had any problems with break ins or stolen property, although my tires got slashed and the parking lot is always trashed. For how much I pay per month, I think I could find a much better place to live.
