Overall Hidden Hills has been a nice place to live. Price was it is more expensive than say, a house in the student ghetto, but rent is comparable to the apartments of its like, i.e. Jefferson Commons, Aboretum, U-Club, and likely the new Sterling Apartments. Granted this place has problems with internet issues, and parking, and noise, some issues with build quality (thin walls) but these problems have all been expressed at the other complexes I've mentioned. The problems here are the same problems you'll get at any student apartment complex built within the last 10 years, they were all built cheap to make money. People seem convinced they can alwasy find a better place, perhaps they can, but I think people could live in each of the apartment complexes like Hidden Hills around Kzoo and experience the same problems each time. Hidden Hills is nice, for now, and his its problems. Its really just like eveywhere else.
