Dont listen to all the negative comments... these people are retarded.
I lived in hidden hills for 2 years... right next to the office/clubhouse. Never really had any problems that werent fixed-- the ladies in the office are extremely nice. Being next to the office did kinda suck though, cause the property manager lives above the office. So, anytime we had a lot of people over, she'd come down and regulate. Therefore, request a building away from the office. Obviously, the complex is loud on the weekends, a lot of parties... but thats expected in college housing. Cops didnt come around too much. The buildings are pretty good, apts and bedrooms are pretty big, having your own bathroom is essential.
The only issues... rent is a bit high, but if you can afford it- its worth it. Internet is included, but its slow and inconsistent. And the biggest issue is not enough visitor parking.. and parking on the road gets you a ticket or towed.
