It stinks here now! 3rd year living year. The new management is awful and doesn't understand customer service. Their occupany is so low now that they lowered the rent to almost $100 cheaper then what we pay and this is our 3rd year. Nothing like giving the loyal patrons anything back. The rent went up this year and they told us before property was going up so they had to bump their prices, but obviously that is BS if they can charge people that move in now almost $100 less then renters for 3 years. Also, they caught cable service in the Hidden Hills workout room and the machines are trashed now. Too overpriced!
