I highly recommend that you look at other apartments before choosing Hunter's Ridge. For the price you pay to live there, a number of things could be better. The walls at this place are paper thin, so it is very noisy. Parking is a nightmare. There are no designated spots for parking unless you want to pay $25/month for a carport. Visitor parking is always full and towing happens on a regular basis. So don't plan on having company unless they are prepared to shell out $85 and deal with a so called 24-hour towing company that won't answer the phone for 2 days or so. Plus the tow company like to make up their own rules and tow out of visitors parking. The management of the apartment complex used to be great, but she is gone now and some moron took over. This person is not very helpful at all and she is only available from 1pm-5pm. (talk about cake hours). Oh and one more thing, you cannot for any reason break your lease early at this place(even for an emergency). I lived there for 2 years and they would not let me break my lease even 1 month early. I even offered to let them keep my security deposit.
