Hunter's Ridge is a decent place to live for young college students. The biggest problem is parking, which the slightly imcompetent staff will do absolutely nothing about. The next issue is noise, but if you don't mind fireworks all year round at 2-3 am, move right in. In the office, I saw a list of complaints about one tenant and his noise and discourtious behaviors. His lease was renewed with no problem. The maintenence used to be friendly and prompt, now is neither. The energy bill reflects the way the apartments do not hold heat or AC, so expect to pay more there. Overall, you could live in a newer, nicer apartment with things like a pool or fitness center for the same price or less.
