Lived here for 3 years when i went to WMU. Lived in first phase. If you don't mind sharing bedrooms, you can have 2 people in each bedroom, and that means cheap rent! Floor plan is spacious, with 2 full bathrooms. Stacked washer and dryer in the apartment, which was great. Parking was somewhat of a problem, but compared to parking at WMU it's nothing. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet place to live. It is a lively place, where many people are college students who like to party.

The management pretty much sucks. My car window was broken one time when the car was sitting in a rented carport. They couldn't care less. Maintenance was decent, if you bug them enough times you'll get their attention.

One thing about this place is that there is no clubhouse, pool, or workout center. Also there is not really any landscaping. Not a big deal to me, it probably means the rent is cheaper.

Definitely a great place for WMU students. Close to campus, and close to Firehouse Saloon (you can walk home!).
