I enjoy the actual setup of my apartment a lot. It's a really decent amount of space for just one person, and having a laundry with a washer & dryer in my apartment is awesome. However, it's a bit expensive and the ownership is changing hands again! With the new ownership, rent is apparently increasing and it's already a bit steep. I won't be able to renew my lease here because it's just getting to be too expensive to keep on- especially when there's extremely affordable, nicely kept one bedrooms and studios just a little further from campus. I feel like the bulk of what I pay for is the conveinience of being close to campus and having a bus route run through here.

The maintenance staff have always been very helpful, and they seem to know what they're doing and repair things in a prompt fashion. Parking is an absolute nightmare sometimes, there aren't a lot of open spots in the parking lot and guest parking is even more impossible... especially since you need to have a visitor's pass for anyone to use the parking lot. There are plenty of open carport's but for a pretty hefty additional monthly fee.

Obviously, it's mostly college students living in the community... so, a higher noise level is to be expected (especially Thursday-Saturday).

Overall, it's been a decent experience. Just a bit pricey.
