Staff was great, never a problem there, but parking was terrible and the complex has to be making money off of the towing company's profits cause they seem to collaborate together. Park on the line and you'll be towed. I took the towing company (Action towing) to court for towing me on a snow covered parking lot, and the guy never showed up. I obviously won and put a warrent out for his arrest, but they guy obviously knows how to work the system cause I haven't seen a penny yet and this was almost two years ago. Price was OK, could be a bit cheaper. Airconditioner was LOUD!
